Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using psicrepeyou.com (the “Site”), operated by P.S. I Crepe You / A&J Crepes LLC (“PSICY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, scrape or harvest data, or misuse any contact feature.
2. No Professional or Medical Advice
Information provided on the Site (including allergen or dietary information) is for general informational purposes only. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please confirm directly with restaurant staff before ordering.
3. Third-Party Ordering
Online orders are processed through Snackpass or other third-party ordering platforms linked from the Site. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the P.S. I Crepe You name, logo, branding, photos, and text — is owned by PSICY/A&J Crepes LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSICY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
7. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
Class Action Waiver: You and PSICY agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider (e.g., JAMS or AAA), and shall take place in Riverside County, California, unless otherwise agreed.
By using the Site, you agree to these arbitration terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
